Is there any proof that it works?

In 2008 the British Medical Journal published the "unusually conclusive" results of a trial of the Alexander Technique and back pain.  The Technique was recommended as effective in the long term and also cost-effective.  Anna was one of the teacher practitioners who took part in this trial.  The Alexander Technique has also proved helpful to some sufferers from Parkinson's Disease:  http://www.alexandertechnique.com/research.htm  And there is anecdotal evidence that the work helps with blood pressure and with asthma.  Email Anna for further information.
